  • Ensure all food orders are assembled correctly within stated time goals 

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and fully stocked work area 

  • Stocks and serves beverages 

  • Operates cash register according to cash operations policies 

  • Takes orders from customers, interfaces with customers and provides top quality service 

  • Assists in prepping food truck for opening & closing 

 

 

 

 

Physical Elements 

  • Ability to stand for long periods 

  • Frequent bending, kneeling, lifting (25 - 50 pounds) 

Equipment Use 

  • Ability to use general food truck equipment (e.g. warmer, fryer, etc.) 

Working Conditions 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that may involve exposure to noise, heat, cold, or other elements.
